All data entered into the app (meal plans, tokens, settings, and PIN codes) is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure storage technologies, including Keychain Services for sensitive items like PIN codes.

Data Backups

While all app data is stored locally on your device, it may be included in your device's standard iCloud Backup if enabled. iCloud Backups are managed and encrypted by Apple, and we do not access or control this data. For more details, refer to Apple's iCloud security overview.

Third-Party Access

We do not transmit data to the cloud, and we do not share your personal information with third parties.

Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you control it fully. You can access, edit, or delete your data (e.g., meal plans) directly in the app. To delete all app data, uninstall the app or use the 'Clear' functions. For questions about your rights, contact us.

Children's Privacy

Mindful Menu is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data (diagnostic or otherwise) from children.
