By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the app.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

• Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the app.
• Use the app for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt the service or servers.

3. Content Disclaimer

TTLive Radio™ acts as a directory and player for third-party radio streams. We do not own, host, or control the content broadcast by these stations. The availability of any specific station is subject to the broadcaster and may change without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including data usage charges from your mobile carrier.

6. Public Performance & Copyright

The content accessible through this App is for your personal, non-commercial use only. We are not responsible for any copyright licensing required for public performance (e.g., playing this app in a store, restaurant, or public venue). You are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses (e.g., COTT, ASCAP, BMI) if you choose to broadcast these streams publicly.

7. Content Takedown

If you believe that your copyrighted work is being infringed or if you represent a radio station that wishes to be removed from our directory, please contact us at support@ttliveradio.com. We will respond to and act on valid takedown requests in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
