These terms apply to your use of the LearnThis! application operated by M-Holdings Group LLC. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Parents or guardians should review these terms and supervise use by children who cannot agree to them on their own.

Learning with LearnThis!

LearnThis! provides educational explanations, practice, and progress tracking. It is a supplemental learning tool, not a promise of grades, test scores, qualifications, or professional certification. Pro Edition is independent of Cisco and other technology vendors referenced in lessons. Product names belong to their respective owners.

Networking examples are for learning. Check commands and configurations against the requirements of your own environment before using them on real systems.

Permitted use

You may use the app for your own learning and to support learners in your care. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or redistribute its software, lesson content, or artwork without permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

Learner profiles and device access

No separate LearnThis! account is required. Learner profiles keep progress separate, but they are not password-protected user accounts. You are responsible for managing access to your device and Apple ID. Resetting progress or removing a learner is destructive, so review the confirmation before continuing.

Our privacy policy explains local storage, iCloud sync, reminders, and support information. Sync depends on Apple’s services, device settings, and connectivity; it is not guaranteed to be immediate or continuously available.

Ownership

LearnThis!, Otto, and the app’s original software, design, lesson content, and artwork belong to M-Holdings Group LLC or their respective licensors. Using the app does not transfer ownership of that material to you.

Availability and responsibility

Features and content may change as the app develops. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for losses resulting from misuse of the app or reliance on examples without checking their suitability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. You may stop using the app at any time. These terms are governed by Florida law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live.
